Telford & Wrekin Council determines the admission arrangements for community and voluntary controlled schools.

In November 2023, Telford and Wrekin Council updated its admission arrangements following advice from the Office of Schools Adjudicator to provide further clarity on how applications from infant to junior school and children of staff are considered. An updated version of the admission arrangements is available below. 

Consultation on Proposed Admission Arrangements - 2025 to 2026 Academic Year 

Community or Voluntary Controlled Schools - Telford & Wrekin Council is not consulting to make any changes to their admission policy for its community and voluntary controlled schools for the 2025 to 2026 academic year.
