Homecare agencies can offer services within your own home, they can also support you to access your community for example to go shopping.

If you feel that you may need support in your home you can access this directly, alternatively you can discuss your needs with Wellbeing Independence Partnership telephone: 01952 385385 (when prompted please select option two), our information and advice service who may refer you for an assessment for equipment to assist you to live independently and/or for a Care Act Assessment.
