Telford & Wrekin Council in exercise of its powers conferred by section 33A (2) of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers has made the following order: Telford & Wrekin Council Permit Scheme Order 2016.

Under section 17(1) of The Traffic Management Permit Scheme (England) Regulations 2007 as amended Telford & Wrekin Council are required to notify works promoters that The Telford & Wrekin Council Permit Scheme will come into effect on 1 June 2016.

From this date Telford & Wrekin Council will commence operating a permit scheme on all publicly maintained roads within its authority boundary, as set out in the Schedule to the Order.
