Register of interests

All Councillors are required in their declaration of acceptance of office, to agree to abide by the Councillors' Code of Conduct in the Council's Constitution. View information about the Councillors' Code of Conduct and view further information about the Council's Constitution. A revised code has been adopted and is effective from July 2012 for all Telford & Wrekin Borough Councillors. Download the revised codes which have also been adopted by Parish and Town Councils at meetings of the individual council, the dates of which may vary.

The code requires that members notify the Council's Monitoring Officer of their financial and other interests, by completing a declaration of interests form. The register is open to inspection by the public and you can view copies of the Declaration of Interest forms online, they can be accessed from each individual Councillor's webpage or you can view the Parish and Town Council Directory.

To view a hard copy of the register at Addenbrooke House, please contact us to make an appointment.
