The annual infrastructure funding statement provides a summary of financial and non-financial contributions the council has secured through Section 106 agreements from new developments and infrastructure across the Borough. It includes the amount of developer contributions received and where these monies have been spent. The report is produced in line with the Community Infrastructure Levy (Amendment) (England) (No. 2) Regulations 2019, which came into effect on 1 September 2019.
