We offer a fast track service to speed up the administrative and review process to some planning applications. The service is available for the following application types:
Householder prior approval (larger single storey rear extensions)
- Fast track fee: £75.
- Decision: Within 10 working days following the statutory 15 working days consultation period (excluding additional days for public/bank holidays).
- Exemption: Listed building.
Advertisement
- Fast track fee: £100.
- Decision: Within 5 working days (if additional plans are required a further 5 working days will be applied following receipt of the information).
- Exemptions: Listed building, conservation area, world heritage site.
Certificate of lawful development for proposed use
- Fast track fee: £75.
- Decision: Within 10 working days.
- Exemption: Listed building.
The above fees are in addition to the planning application fee. We will contact the applicant/agent for the additional fee by the end of the following working day upon receipt of the application. Your application will be registered as fast track on receipt of the payment and meeting all validation requirements.
Please state 'Fast track' in the description of the proposal on the application form.
